TAAW Event Creators arrive and setup a luxury picnic at any location, whether it’s indoor or outdoor. We have chosen locations within Charleston, SC and surrounding areas, if you don’t have one. We take care of delivery, setup and clean up. Once you arrive, the team leaves you to enjoy your picnic. Guest have the picnic for 2 hours scheduled and the team comes back to the location for breakdown and clean up.
Charcuterie Boards (includes crackers, cheese and meat assortments) and sparkling water are included in all packages. Champagne and wine are available for add on.
* Travel fee is additional and is collected with the remaining balance, which is calculated after location is specified.

~Planning an event is only part of the process. Our staff will make sure that everything goes smoothly with your event. We know how to anticipate problems before they happen, leaving you free to enjoy your festivities.
A Non-Refundable 50% deposit is made in order to secure your date and time for your event. Remainder of your deposit and traveling fee is due 3 days before your event.
In the event of rescheduling on your terms a 24 hour notice is required to avoid a rescheduling fee of $50.00.
Cancellations 4 hours or less before your scheduled event will be charged $150.00
